Monica is a dedicated Case Manager and Team Co-ordinator at Studio Legale Capecchi, providing essential support in the day-to-day management of client matters. Monica oversees the progression of individual client matters (especially citizenship cases) and the flow of communication between the firm and its clients, email correspondence, and supports the team with document management. She holds a B.S. in Letters and Spanish from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Master’s Degree in Spanish literature.
Monica brings a strong background in immigration services and international processes, which enriches her work in legal research, case preparation, and the drafting and organization of legal documents. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, Monica ensures effective communication with a diverse client base and supports cross-border legal matters with confidence and clarity. Her attention to detail, dependability, and familiarity with Italian legal systems contribute significantly to our ability to handle cases efficiently and with the highest degree of professionalism.
